The most anticipated thing about using Visit Busan Pass this time is the free trip to the yacht in Diamond Bay!
Diamond Bay Yachts has Haeundae Route and Oryukdo Islands Route, and the boat rides 50 minutes.
**Remember to call 2-3 days in advance to confirm if you can take the yacht. If the weather is not good or the number of passengers on the day is insufficient (less than 10 people), the sail will be cancelled**
This is the first time I took a yacht in Korea and see the night view. I felt very excited!
We depart from Haeundae, and take the subway to 경성대. 부경대 Gyeongsungdae-Bukyungdae Station and then transfer to a bus
We saw the bus on the opposite side while waiting for the traffic light but we missed it
Luckily, we made an appointment at 8:30, and we had 45 minutes to get there
I didn’t expect to wait 20 minutes without the next bus
When I was super stressed, fortunately, there was a taxi station near the bus stop, so we finally decided to take a taxi
It is recommended that you should take a taxi, otherwise, you will be easily miss the bus
The taxi ride takes about 10-15 minutes and costs 5,000 won
We finally arrived at 8:03
Once we arrived at Diamond Bay, we got there
After entering, I saw a blue sign saying that after buying the ticket, go in the direction of the pier (arrow direction).
So I went to the ticket office to see how to exchange the ticket, and I couldn’t wait for the staff for a long time
And how could there be no passenger, so I went to see his instructions again
Unexpectedly, he said that he would not wait in this building, but would go directly to the pier on the opposite side…
I wanted to be sure and called the above phone to ask. After asking, I confirmed that it was just a matter of going directly to the pier without changing tickets
It was already 8:20, and I ran across the road and rushed to the pier
Just look at the photos and you can see how anxious you are to rush over
The good thing is that we arrived at 8:25
Upon arrival, the staff informed us to fill in the name and phone number, and a boarding declaration form
After that, it’s time to get on board!
When I called before, I clearly heard that if there is less than 10 people, the sail would be cancelled. However, there were only 4 Koreans who boarded the yacht on that day apart from me and my friend
Maybe the Koreans really paid for the sail, so we are able to take a yacht in Busan
The first thing to do when you get on board is to wear a life jacket
The yacht drives fast, so basically you can’t look at your phone, otherwise, you will definitely get seasick
This Haeundae route departs from Diamond Bay Pier to Haeundae to see the night view and then returns to Diamond Bay Pier
The night view of Haeundae is really beautiful!
But the yacht is driving too fast, and it’s really hard to take beautiful photos lol
I don’t know how many times it took me to get a focused photo
It’s only 50 minutes, but it’s worth it
It’s just that if you can drive a little bit slower, so passengers can slowly enjoy the night view and take more beautiful photos
If you have the opportunity to make an appointment, remember to reserve more time for transportation
**Remember to go directly to the pier**
